Milk About 110ml
Plain/low gluten flour 80g
How to make banana avocado muffins ?
Prepare the ingredients! Bananas are better to choose ripe ones, they are sweeter.
Put all the ingredients except the flour in a food processor and break them up.
Then put the flour into the broken ingredients and mix well.
Fry on low heat, spoon a spoonful into a non-stick pan (no oil needed) and fry for almost 30 seconds, flip over and fry again.
Eat while it's hot!
