1. Main ingredient: pomfret.
2. Accessories: beer, star anise, salt, coriander, sugar, soy sauce, corn oil, mature vinegar, onion, ginger, garlic.
3. First, remove the internal organs and fins of the flat fish, cut a knife on both sides, and then sprinkle it with dry flour.
