The top liquor sales in China in 2022 include Luzhou Laojiao, Wuliangye, Jiannanchun, Langjiu, Xijiu, Gujing, Guotai, Niulanshan, Jinjiu, Gujing Gongjiu, etc.
Among them, Niulanshan is the sect of Erguotou. As a representative of Beijing wine, Erguotou has a history of more than 800 years. When the winemaker in the capital steams wine, he removes the "head" of the first pot, discards the "tail" of the third pot, "cuts off the head and tail and takes the middle part", and only takes the expensive wine from the second pot. Niulanshan Erguotou has been passed down from generation to generation and won the "National Erguotou Origin Certification" on September 4, 2002.
Niulanshan wine is made from selected high-quality sorghum and wheat. Daqu made from peas, barley, etc. is used as the starter. It is brewed with pure grains and is green and natural. From the crushing of raw materials to the filling of finished wine, it has gone through more than ten key processes such as gelatinization, fermentation, and distillation, and is brewed with traditional craftsmanship. Represented by the fresh-scented "Niulanshan" brand, there are more than 110 products in four series.

Langjiu comes from Erlang Town, Gulin County, Sichuan Province, and is a national geographical indication product of China. Langjiu is located in Erlang Town on the bank of Chishui River, in a high-quality area for brewing Maotai-flavor liquor. Chishui River has been known as the "Fine Wine River" since ancient times and has given birth to China's two major Maotai-flavor liquors, Maotai and Qinghualang. In addition, Langjiu also has the world's largest natural wine storage cave - Tianbao Cave, which is mellow, fragrant and aged.
The characteristics of Langjiu are "prominent sauce aroma, mellow and clean, elegant and delicate, long aftertaste, and the fragrance lasts long in the empty cup". Although it is brewed according to the craftsmanship of Moutai, its taste is different from the sauce aroma of Moutai. The aroma is richer and stronger, with a "strong yet sauce" flavor. Therefore, someone once praised and said that there are many fine wines in Sichuan, and Langjiu has a long aftertaste.
