Brown Sugar Steamed Buns
Ingredients: 300g of flour, 100g of brown sugar, 10g of yeast, 150g of lukewarm water
Practice:
1.? Stir brown sugar and yeast into warm water.
2. Pour the brown sugar and yeast water into the flour, stir it with chopsticks to form flocs, then knead it into a smooth dough.
3. Pour hot water into the pot, wrap the dough bowl in plastic wrap and place it in the pot to ferment for about 20 minutes, until it doubles in size.
4. Dust the fermented dough with flour, knead and exhaust it, roll it into a rectangle, sprinkle it with brown sugar, roll it up, divide it into equal portions, and cut a slice in the center.
5. Put hot water in the pot and let it ferment for about 20 minutes.
6. Steam for 15 minutes, then simmer for 5 minutes.
