Japanese steaks need to be marinated in black pepper sauce for 6-8 hours in advance, while fried steaks don't need to be marinated. After frying, you can sprinkle with black pepper or black pepper sauce, or use other sauces.
If you want to eat out, I suggest you try medium-rare first. The left fork and the right knife are relatively stable. The knife cuts the steak into narrow strips and eats it with a fork.
