Preparation materials: dried broad bean 1000g, rapeseed oil 2000g, salt and sugar.
Production steps:
1. Soak the dried broad beans in cold water the day before.
2. Wash the soaked broad beans the next day, and cut off two thirds of them with scissors.
3. Pour the rapeseed oil into the pot and burn it until the oil smokes slightly. Stir with a shovel to heat the oil evenly.
When the broad beans just fell, as shown in the picture, they all sank to the bottom of the pot. Keep stirring with a shovel. At this time, depending on the oil temperature, adjust the temperature appropriately, not too big, it will burn, but not too small.
At this time, the broad bean has surfaced half way.
6. Continue frying until the broad beans are all out of the oil. You can pick it up at this time. Let it cool in a container without water.
7. Then go back to the pot and fry, so that it will be crisp and not easy to soften after frying. Then scoop up the drained oil.
8. Finished product drawing
