Natural soy sauce 100 kg of fresh shrimp 10 kg of sugar, 4 kg of sorghum wine and 4 kg of ginger 1 kg.
manufacturing method
Firstly, natural soy sauce is heated and boiled to remove foam. Then put the washed fresh shrimp, sugar, sorghum wine and ginger into the pot at the same time and continue to heat. When the shrimp floats, immediately stop heating and cool to get shrimp soy sauce.
