Chaozhou Beef Balls with Boiled Radish
Ingredients: 1 radish, 8 taels of beef balls, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of chicken essence, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of garlic, appropriate amount of onion
Method:
1. Wash and cut the radish.
2. In a gas pan, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant, add radish and stir-fry.
3. Add beef balls and boil.
4. When the radish is cooked through, season with some chopped green onion and serve.
