Prepare materials
The materials needed to prepare shochu shrimp are very simple, mainly including shrimp, garlic, ginger, onion, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence and oil.
operation sequence/order
1. Wash and shell the shrimp, leaving the shrimp head, cut the shrimp line from the shrimp tail, and wash it with clear water for later use.
2. Chop garlic, ginger and onion for later use.
3. Cool the oil in a hot pot and saute garlic, ginger and chopped green onion.
4. Add the shrimp head and stir-fry the delicious taste of the shrimp head. Add a proper amount of cooking wine and cook until the alcohol volatilizes.
5. Add water, bring to a boil, add shrimp, and cook until the shrimp changes color.
6. Add salt, soy sauce, sugar and chicken essence to taste and cook until the soup is thick.
7. Take out the shrimp and put it on a plate. Pour the soup on the shrimp.

1. The shrimp must be washed and shelled, and the shrimp line should be cut off, otherwise it will affect the taste.
2. Boiling the head of shrimp can increase the flavor of shrimp.
3. Adjust seasoning according to personal taste, and don't add too much salt and sugar.
