I went to the seafood market and bought some live shrimps. I think the boiled ones are more authentic, simple to make, fresh, sweet and delicious.
Ingredients
Main ingredients: 500g shrimp;
Accessories: appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce, appropriate amount of shredded green onion, ginger and coriander
Fresh shrimps in oil

Wash the shrimps repeatedly with clean water.

Bring the water to a boil and add the shrimp.

Cook for a few minutes until the shrimp turn red and bend to remove and drain.

Place the blanched shrimp on a plate.

Heat oil in a pan until smoke comes out and turn off the heat.

Pour the oil on top of the shrimp.

Pour in the steamed fish soy sauce.

Put onion, ginger and coriander shreds.
Tips
You can also cut off the heads and shells of the shrimp to make it more delicious.
