How to cook steamed mackerel
1.
Prepare a little green onion and ginger and wash them well

A piece of fresh mackerel longer than the chopping board, remove the scales, gills and internal organs, then cut into three sections

Take the middle section and rub it all over with salt. Apply it once

Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for a few hours or more. I left it overnight
5.
Take it out and rinse it the next day

Put it back into the plate, add ginger slices and cooking wine
7.
Put it into the steamer (I used a rice cooker) and start steaming
8.
After steaming, open the lid and add the chives and simmer for 5 minutes, then take it out
