Basic page setup
Understanding the basic page settings, including size, center, margin, line spacing and paragraph spacing, is the basis of typesetting design. The layout can be divided into 3 columns or 2 columns, and the width between columns is also different.
adjust the distribution (of)
According to the existing template, we can easily adjust the paragraph spacing, row spacing, column width and column spacing. Select the text box to be adjusted, click "Text-Paragraph Format" and set it in the right menu.
Insert text and pictures
Adding a text box is very simple, just click the icon in the toolbar and drag the mouse to the required size. Double-click the text box, right-click and select Edit Text to enter text. To connect a text box, click the white square below the previous text box. Pictures can be copied and pasted directly, and you can choose to edit them across words.
Font settings
8.5pt font is used for text, 8pt font is used for authors and majors, and 8pt font is also used for page numbers. Titles should be focused and the font size should be consistent.

Mastering common shortcut keys can improve the efficiency of typesetting design. For example, CTRL+Z Undo, CTRL+X Cut, CTRL+C Copy, CTRL+V Paste, CTRL+A Select All, CTRL+E Convert to Picture Save, F9 Full Screen Preview, etc.
