Ingredients: 250 grams of pork, 2 green radishes, 1 piece of fresh ginger, 2 green onions, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of peanut oil, and appropriate amount of pepper powder.
Method:
1. Cut the pork into cubes and mince it for later use.
2. Grate the radish into shreds and blanch it in hot water in a pot, squeeze out the water and chop into small pieces.
3. Chop green onions and fresh ginger and set aside.
