Lettuce, lean meat, millet pepper, minced garlic
Practice:
1. Peel lettuce, slice it, add a spoonful of salt and marinate for 30 minutes, then wash it and squeeze it dry.
2. Heat oil in the pan, pour in lean meat slices and stir-fry until it changes color, add millet pepper and minced garlic to stir-fry until fragrant, add half a spoonful of cooking wine to remove fishy smell and half a spoonful of soy sauce to stir-fry evenly.
3. Pour in lettuce, add appropriate amount of salt, a spoonful of soy sauce, chicken powder and onion, and stir fry for one minute.
