How to make Haagen-Dazs ice cream?
Raw materials:

50ml of chocolate sauce, 30ml of condensed milk, 200g of whipped cream (animal), 50ml of fresh milk, Langmu wine (or brandy) 1 spoon, 2 eggs, and fish film 1 slice.

Practice:

1). The fish film is soft after being soaked in ice water, so prepare the materials.

2). After the egg yolk protein is separated, put the egg yolk into a bowl, pour the milk, heat it to 70℃ in water (if there is no thermometer, you can observe the small bubbles on the edge of the bowl), and beat it with an egg beater.

3). Add brandy and chocolate sauce with a spoon, mix condensed milk evenly, leave the hot water, add fish film and stir until it is dissolved, and put it in the refrigerator until it is cold.

4). Send the egg whites directly (it is ok to add sugar for three times and send them slowly, but there is not much sugar)

5). Beat the whipped cream to 7 points.

6). Take out the chocolate liquid from the refrigerator, stir it well first, then pour it into the whipped cream and stir it well, then add the whipped protein and stir it well again, then pour it into the container and freeze it.

7). 2 hours each, take it out, tamp it loosely with chopsticks, then press it firmly with a spoon, and continue to freeze for more than 2 hours before eating!

Remarks:

1). After the materials are ready, you can choose a measuring spoon to measure them one by one, so as not to waste the materials, because chocolate sauce and condensed milk are very sticky, so it is a waste to leave them in the bowl when you pour them.

2). Should the protein be added? I always add it to my ice cream, because I feel a little tired of just using whipped cream, but I don't want too much water, so I don't waste protein. The taste is very refreshing, because I add spirits, so I don't have to worry about raw eggs. Anyway, it's okay for someone with a sensitive stomach like me to eat it. Think about it. Salads are not made of raw eggs.
