food
4 eggs
Two bags of bean paste
A kilo of soybean oil
50g starch
Sugar100g
Methods/steps
1. Prepare ingredients 1: Two bags of bean paste (sold in the supermarket), 2: four eggs (about one egg to make three soft bean paste), 3: one catty of soybean oil, 4: 50g of corn starch and 5: 50g of sugar.
Preparation tools 1: spoon for eating, 2: eggbeater.
2. Open the egg, separate the egg yolk from the egg white, take the egg white part and remove the egg yolk (this dish does not need egg yolk, so it must be completely separated).
3. Poke the bean paste into small balls and sprinkle corn starch on the surface to fix it. (Four eggs probably need 12 red bean paste balls)
4. Beat four egg whites with an egg beater for 8 minutes (don't stop in the middle) and then put them in chopsticks until they don't fall down. (After 4 minutes, open the oil pan to heat the oil temperature)
5. Add corn starch to the beaten egg white, 2 eggs 1 spoon, with a ratio of 2: 1(4 eggs can also be added with 3 spoonfuls).
6. Screw in the beaten egg white with a spoon with bean paste balls, and let the egg white wrap the bean paste into a ball.
7. Put the egg white balls into the oil pan, take them out after about 30 seconds, and stir them with chopsticks halfway.
8. Sprinkle some sugar on the fried bean paste.
