How to make duck meat - beer duck
Ingredients: duck meat, small potatoes, dried mushrooms, dried kelp, beer, cloves, orange peel, eight, cinnamon, bay leaves, Dried chilies and seasonings.
Method:
1. First clean the duck meat and cut it into pieces. Soak the kelp and cut it into small pieces.
