Homemade simple pasta,
Ingredients:
4# pasta 500g
Olive oil 250ml
1 onion
1 broccoli
Shuanghui beef sausage 300g
Tomato sauce 10g*16 packs
1. When you get home, boil a pot of water. While the water is boiling, wash the onions and broccoli, cut them into cubes, and cut the sausage into cubes.
2. After the water boils, add about 100 grams of noodles (depending on individual food intake and number of people), add appropriate amount of salt and cook for 10 minutes. If it feels almost cooked, take out the noodles, drain them, and use them to cook the noodles. Continue to cook the broccoli in water until cooked, remove and drain.
3. Heat the wok, add an appropriate amount of olive oil, add onions and sauté until fragrant, add grilled sausage and stir-fry, then add tomato sauce (I put 3 bags, you can also use fresh tomatoes, I am lazy) Person: P), add a small amount of water (I used pasta water, no need to add salt, haha), finally put the broccoli and simmer it for a while and you're done.
4. Spoon 3 on the noodles, mix well and serve.
