The method of homemade bean jelly:
Ingredients: 100g pea powder, 600g water, 1 spoon sesame oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, appropriate salt, 1 spoon soy sauce, 1 spoon Chili oil, appropriate garlic and appropriate sugar.
1. Put 500 grams of water in the pot and heat it.
2. Pour 100g starch into a small bowl.
3. Add100g of clean water.
4. Soak starch with clear water and stir for 2 minutes to form granular slurry.
The water in the pot is heated and boiled.
6. Stir the slurry in the bowl evenly and slowly pour it into the pot.
7. Stir while pouring. Stir the white paste in the pot quickly until it bubbles and becomes transparent. Turn off the fire.
8. Put the paste into a suitable container and let it stand and cool.
9. In about two hours, the bean jelly is formed.
