How to transfer cake rolls?

Steps: 1 First, prepare a printed cartoon picture.

2 Add the egg whites and sugar in the transfer batter and beat until wet peaks form.

Add melted butter in 3 portions and mix well.

4 Add the sifted flour and mix well.

5 According to the required pattern, add different pigments or toners to adjust the batter to the corresponding color.

6 Place the cartoon picture under the oilcloth, outline it with the corresponding color batter, and fill it with color.

7 After drawing the pattern, place it in the preheated oven and bake it at 180℃ for about 20-30 seconds to make the pattern disappear, as shown in the picture.

8 Next, make the cake roll. First add water, sugar and oil, stir to emulsify.

9 Add the sifted low-gluten flour and mix evenly.

10Add egg yolk and stir evenly.

11 Add sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.

12Pour half of the egg whites into the egg yolk paste and stir evenly (see the video for the technique).

13 After mixing until 70-80%, pour the batter into the remaining egg whites and mix evenly (see the video for the technique).

14 Pour the egg roll batter into the baking pan that has been placed with the cartoon pattern painted before.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, reference temperature: upper heat: 170-190℃, lower heat: 120-130℃, reference time: 17-20min, subject to the final state of the cake roll.

16 After baking, turn it upside down to cool, then tear off the oil cloth, and finally apply whipped cream on it!

After rolling, the egg roll should be refrigerated in the freezer with the seam facing down.

Tips

When drawing, you should draw the picture at one-third of the plate. In this way, the roll will be exactly in the middle. Don't bake the painting batter too dry, as it will not stick to the cake roll if it is too dry.
