The main component of chicken essence is monosodium glutamate, which is also called monosodium glutamate. According to the product quality standards formulated by China, the content of sodium glutamate in qualified chicken essence should not be less than 35%. Chicken essence is mainly made of monosodium glutamate, edible salt, chicken/chicken bone powder or its concentrated extract, disodium nucleotide seasoning and other auxiliary materials, with or without flavoring agents such as spices and/or edible spices, through mixing and drying.
