Ingredients
2 pork ribs,
1 sweet corn,
Half yam,
Onion,
Ginger, rice wine, salt
Method
1. Chop the pork ribs into small pieces.
2. Pour cold water into the pot and add the ribs. After boiling the pot, wash the ribs in cold water.
3. Put warm water in a casserole, put the ribs into the casserole, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
4. Cut the corn into sections, cut the yam into hob pieces, shred the green onion, and slice the ginger.
5. Cook the pork ribs for 40 minutes over medium heat, then add corn, yam, shredded green onion and ginger slices, and pour in a spoonful of rice wine.
