Ingredients: fresh shrimp+minced garlic+onion ginger+salt and pepper powder+cumin powder.
Practice:
1. Remove the shrimp line, wash the shrimp, add ginger slices+cooking wine+one spoonful of salt+one spoonful of starch and marinate for 20 minutes.
