Note: The main component of egg shells is calcium carbonate. The original balsamic vinegar is equivalent to dilute acetic acid. Calcium carbonate and dilute acetic acid react to generate calcium acetate, carbon dioxide and water (see page 109 of the first volume of the ninth grade chemistry book for details). The egg shell is calcified. disappears, leaving only the thin egg skin, causing the original balsamic vinegar to also contain calcium.

1. Wash the eggs and do not leave any dirt on the eggshells.
2. Dry the eggs with paper towels so that no moisture remains.
3. Prepare a small jar with a sealing lid and pour in rice vinegar (just cover the eggs, it is best to use 9 degree rice vinegar).
4. Cover and seal for about 24 hours.
5. Open the lid after 24 hours. You will find that the egg has expanded like a balloon because the eggshell has softened.
6. Gently break the eggs with chopsticks. Be careful as they may spray into your eyes.
7. Stir the egg liquid and vinegar evenly together.
8. Replace the lid and seal for 24 hours.
9. When drinking, drink it with warm water. You can add some honey to taste. The vinegar-and-egg liquid soaked in one egg should be used up in 7-10 days.
Precautions
1) People who are allergic to vinegar, and patients with stomach ulcers and hyperacidity should use it with caution. Those who are not adaptable should not forcefully drink it. Some people who suffer from acidosis, tooth decalcification, dizziness, vomiting, decreased menstruation and other symptoms due to excessive consumption of vinegar should stop using it immediately and seek medical treatment. In short, you should have a scientific attitude when drinking vinegar and egg liquid. It should be noted that vinegar and egg liquid is only a folk prescription for health care. The main purpose of taking it is to regulate body functions and increase nutrition. Some patients take vinegar-and-egg liquid as a "cure for all diseases" or a "panacea", or they drink a large amount at once in an eagerness for success. These practices are not advisable.
2) The eggs used for soaking in vinegar-egg liquid must be fresh and clean.
3) Because vinegar and egg liquid is a health food, it does not conflict with any medicines, and there is no need to stop taking specialized medicines. If there is no discomfort during taking, it is harmless if taken for a long time, and is suitable for all ages.
4) Some people are not suitable to eat honey or sugar (such as diabetics, etc.) or do not like sweets. Honey and sugar are not required, but they will not affect the curative effect.
5) After taking the first vinegar egg for 3 days, start soaking the next one in vinegar egg liquid to ensure the continuity of taking. If there is no discomfort reaction, you should continue to drink it and do not stop after a brief taste.
6) When making vinegar and egg liquid in summer, you should pay attention to antisepsis to avoid accidental contamination. Eggs soaked in vinegar can promote blood circulation and treat numbness and neuralgia.
Taking vinegar and egg liquid, there are no other side effects except for occasional acid reflux, and it can be taken for a long time.
