Edible oil, also known as "cooking oil", refers to animal or vegetable oils used in the process of making food. It is liquid at room temperature. Due to the source of raw materials, processing technology and quality, common edible oils are mostly vegetable oils, including millet oil, rapeseed oil, peanut oil, hemp oil, corn oil, olive oil, camellia oil, palm oil, mustard seed oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, sesame oil, linseed oil (linseed oil), grape seed oil, walnut oil, peony seed oil and so on.
Five tips for reducing oil consumption
1.Cooking methods with less oil such as steaming, boiling, stewing, frying and mixing are often used to reduce oil intake, instead of frying and frying.
2. When making soup or stewing in casserole, you don't need to stir-fry with oil, you can directly put meat and other ingredients into the pot.
3. Eat less food such as cream cakes and pastry, which also contains a lot of trans fats.
4. Reduce the number of dining out. First, the amount of oil used in restaurants is too large. Second, some black-hearted businesses may use inferior oil from informal channels.
5. Use non-stick cookers, microwave ovens and other cookers more, so that you can use less "pan-moistening" oil, thus reducing the amount of oil used.
