1. Wash the tofu and control the surface moisture.
2. Slice the tofu.
3. Mix seasonings (soy sauce, peanut oil, oyster sauce, barbecued pork sauce, cumin and salt) into juice.
4. Brush the front and back of tofu with a brush. After the first brush, cut a hole in the tofu with a fork to let the sauce penetrate, and the tofu is more delicious.
5. After standing for half an hour, the juice is slightly dry, put it in a baking tray and sprinkle with appropriate amount of spiced powder and pepper.
6. Put in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Take out the dough, brush it with sauce again, put it back in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
7. Put the baked tofu on a plate, sprinkle some chopped green onion and decorate with red pepper.
