1. Ingredients: 300g edamame, a bag of marinated vegetables, 2 peppers, 2 star anise, and appropriate amount of salt.
2. Soak the edamame in water for twenty minutes and wash it thoroughly.
3. Add water to the pot, add salt, and stir to dissolve the salt.
4. After boiling, pour in the edamame. Cook over high heat for ten minutes.
5. After the edamame is cooked, pour the edamame into a bowl and let cool.
6. Add the marinade, star anise, and chili pepper to the edamame bowl. The marinade just covers the edamame, and then seal the bowl with plastic wrap. Put it in the refrigerator, and after two hours, take it out of the marinade and put it on a plate. Bad edamame is a great dish in the hot summer and very appetizing.
