Jujube and black sesame porridge
Material: 1 small bowl of rice, 15g of red dates, 1g of black sesame seeds, and appropriate amount of water
Practice:
1. Wash the rice and soak it in cold water for half an hour, then take it out and drain it for later use;
2. Wash red dates and remove stones, and remove impurities from black sesame seeds for later use;
3. After the cold water is boiled, add the rice to boil with high fire, add the red dates and black sesame seeds, and turn to low heat to cook slowly;

Yam black sesame porridge
Material: 2g of rice, appropriate amount of yam, 3g of crystal sugar and appropriate amount of water
Practice:
1. Wash the rice, put on gloves, scrape off the skin and cut it into small pieces with a hob;
2. Put the rice, yam and black sesame into the pressure cooker together, add enough water, then add rock sugar, and cover the lid;

Black sesame walnut porridge
Material: 2 handfuls of walnuts, 2 handfuls of black sesame seeds, 15g of glutinous rice, appropriate amount of rock sugar and water
Practice:
1. Wash the glutinous rice and soak it for 2 hours;
2. Put rice in the casserole, add appropriate amount of water, boil over high fire, and simmer for 4 minutes;
3. Then add black sesame seeds and walnuts and continue to cook over high fire;
