1. Absolutely no alcohol.
2. Choose skim milk or yogurt.

9. Eat 500 grams of fresh vegetables every day. Stick to two packs a day.

10. Reduce the amount of staple food after eating fruit. Eating a big apple will reduce the staple food by 50 grams.
