In order to build a sufficient number of teachers with supporting disciplines, according to the needs of career development planning and building a strong education area, with the approval of the executive meeting of the district government on May 24, 98 primary and secondary school teachers were openly recruited in the whole region in 20 13 years. This open recruitment implementation plan is specially formulated.

First, the recruitment principle

According to the procedures stipulated in the Measures for Public Recruiting Personnel in Institutions of Guangdong Province (OrderNo. 139 of Guangdong Provincial People's Government), open recruitment is carried out in accordance with the principles of openness, fairness, competition and merit. According to the appointed positions determined by the District Education Bureau, the qualifications and recruitment methods stipulated in this plan, the candidates will choose their own teaching schools from high to low.

Second, the recruitment position

In 20 13, the whole region plans to openly recruit 98 primary and secondary school (kindergarten) teachers (including experimenters and network engineering). For specific positions, please refer to the Open Recruitment of Teachers in Rongcheng District in 20 13 years.

Third, the recruitment conditions

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, love education, obey arrangements, and have no record of violating discipline and law;

2. Being in good health and competent for the job requirements;

Graduates of full-time ordinary colleges and universities after 2009 (inclusive);

Four middle school teachers (including experimenters, network engineering) should have a full-time undergraduate degree or above; Teachers in primary schools and kindergartens should have full-time college education or above; Teachers of music, art and preschool education in kindergartens only recruit girls;

5. The major you study must correspond to the teacher position you apply for (in which chemistry and physics experimenters are selected by chemistry and physics graduates respectively), and you should have the corresponding teacher qualifications (except network engineering).

Fourth, the registration method

2. Registration requirements. Applicants should register at the site and fill in the Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Teachers in Rongcheng District for 20 13 years. V. Recruitment methods

This recruitment, on the basis of passing the qualification examination, is conducted by unified written examination, interview, physical examination and inspection.

A written test

Candidates take the written test of corresponding subjects according to the position of the subject teacher. The written test subjects are: Chinese, mathematics, English, physics, chemistry, biology, politics, history, geography, information technology (computer), physical education, fine arts and music (including chemistry for chemical experimenters, physics for physical experimenters, information technology for network engineering, geography for tourism management teachers and music knowledge for preschool education teachers). The content of the written test is high school knowledge of the corresponding subject (including physical education, fine arts, music, information technology and network engineering, which only test theoretical knowledge), and the written test content of the same subject is the same for different students. The full score of each subject is 150, of which the qualified score for applying for physical education, music, fine arts and preschool education is 60, and the qualified score for other subjects is 80. Those who fail to reach the qualified score will be disqualified from recruitment. See the admission ticket for the time and place of written examination. After the written test results come out, they will be publicized in the district education bureau according to the classification of recruitment positions. The job classification is: Chinese, Mathematics, English, Politics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, Sports, Music, Fine Arts, Information Technology (Computer), Network Engineering, Chemistry Laboratory, Physics Laboratory, Tourism Management and Preschool Education 18.

The written test is organized and implemented according to the requirements of the college entrance examination, and the proposition, printing and marking of written test papers are entrusted to the relevant departments.

Second interview

According to the application conditions and the number of positions in various disciplines, the interview candidates are determined in the order of 1︰ 1.

If there are more than one person tied for the final score in the classmate's subject, the finalists shall be determined according to the score of the first question in the written test paper from high score to low score. If the same thing appears again, press the second question and so on.

Interviews mainly know about the candidates' gfd, language expression, thinking reaction, application motivation, etc. They are scored according to the 100 scale, with scores above 60 (inclusive) being qualified and those below 60 being unqualified. The interview shall be graded on the spot, unified and published. If you don't attend the interview according to the regulations or the interview is unqualified, you will be disqualified.

Three physical examinations

Candidates who have passed the interview will go to the designated hospital for physical examination at the designated time. The physical examination standard shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice on Adjusting the Physical Examination Standard for Open Recruitment of Teachers in Institutions of Guangdong Province (Guangdong People's Social Development [201]134). Those who fail to participate in the medical examination as required or fail to meet the prescribed standards will be disqualified from recruitment.

Four inspections

According to the spirit of "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Inspection of Open Recruiters in Institutions of Guangdong Province (Trial)" (Guangdong People's Social Development [2010] No.276), those who pass the physical examination are listed as the objects of investigation, and those who have bad records of violating laws and disciplines or do not meet the employment placement policy of graduates are not employed after investigation. Applicants who fail to provide the required student files or relevant certificates and certificates within the prescribed time limit will be disqualified.

Vi. Employment and Treatment

Those who pass the written examination, interview, physical examination and inspection will be identified as the initial employment targets after being audited by the district open recruitment teacher leading group, and will be publicized in the district education bureau for 7 working days. If there is no objection after publicity, they will be hired for the first time. According to the application conditions and the number of positions, the newly hired personnel will choose their own teaching schools according to the following principles: first, high school first, then junior high school, primary school and kindergarten; Second, the order of the same academic period and the same subject from high score to low score (if the score is the same, the selection order will be determined by drawing lots on the spot); 3. Personnel employed in the last semester must be selected according to the first and second regulations to participate in the next semester. Those who do not participate in on-site hiring or do not obey the above principles will be deemed to have given up and disqualified.

If the employment qualification is cancelled due to written examination, interview, physical examination, inspection or disobedience to the employment principles, the vacancy will not be replenished.

It is determined that this recruitment of teachers will be handled by the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in accordance with relevant regulations. All employed personnel shall be subject to probation, and those who fail to pass the examination shall be dismissed.

The hired personnel cannot ask for transfer within three years after the probation period expires.
