2. Chop the pork and lotus root into a bowl and add the right amount of salt and pepper.
3. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon cooking wine.
4. Then add Jiang Mo, minced garlic and chopped green onion.
5. Finally, add 1 tablespoon starch.
6. Stir well and set aside.
7. Knead into balls by hand and steam for 45 minutes.
