Ingredients: 500g pork, 250g lotus root, Jiang Mo, minced garlic, chopped green onion, 1 spoon soy sauce, 1 spoon cooking wine, 1 spoon pepper, 1 spoon starch, salt.

2. Chop the pork and lotus root into a bowl and add the right amount of salt and pepper.

3. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon cooking wine.

5. Finally, add 1 tablespoon starch.
