1 Peel and slice pumpkin, and chop garlic into powder.
2 Heat the pan, cool the oil, add garlic and stir fry.
Stir-fry garlic until golden brown and set aside.
4 Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, white sugar and rice vinegar to the fried minced garlic and stir well.
5. Pour the stirred seasoning juice evenly on the pumpkin.
6 Cover with plastic wrap
7. Steam in a steamer for 25 minutes.
8 Take off the plastic wrap and start.
Tips
Cover with plastic wrap to prevent water vapor from entering the pumpkin. Garlic is very easy to paste when fried, so be sure to cool the oil in a small hot pot.
