Where is Jinping?

Jinping County in Guizhou Province belongs to Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture.

Guizhou, abbreviated as Qian or Gui, is a provincial-level administrative region of the People's Republic of China*** and the State of China. Guiyang, the provincial capital, is located in the hinterland of southwest China's inland region.
