Ingredients: 7 grams of Amomum villosum, 2 young pigeons, 60 grams of clean yam, and appropriate amount of ginger.
Seasoning: salt, pepper, cooking wine.

2. Clean the squab, soak it in clear water to remove blood, dry it, and wipe it evenly with cooking wine and salt.
3. Put peanut oil in the pot and heat it to 70%. Add ginger slices and squab, stir-fry until yellow, and take out the oil control.

For anorexia, vomiting and diarrhea caused by dampness blocking the spleen and stomach, it is often used with Atractylodes macrocephala and Chenpi. For qi stagnation of spleen and stomach, abdominal distension and fullness, it is often combined with Chenpi, Magnolia officinalis and Radix Aucklandiae. For patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation, it can be used equally with Dangshen and Baizhu. For abdominal pain and diarrhea caused by deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach, it is often used with dried ginger, cooked aconite root and dried tangerine peel. For fetal movement, it is often used together with Atractylodes macrocephala and Su Terrier. For bad pregnancy, it can be combined with Banxia and Zhuru.
