Mocha: espresso, milk foam, chocolate sauce, cream. There are also ones without cream.

Cappuccino: Italian espresso, milk foam (milk foam is thicker)

American style: Italian espresso with boiled water.

Latte: Italian espresso, milk foam (thin).

There is no standard for which drink tastes better. Drinks are all a matter of personal taste, and we cannot say which one is necessarily better.
