Mix the flour, yeast, and water into a dough and ferment until it doubles in size.

Into the sesame paste, mix 8g of salt, 5 tsp of pepper and 1 tbsp of five-spice powder.

Divide the dough into 4 balls, take one of them and roll it into a pancake.
