Method 1:
1, break off the dried corn kernels into a pot.
2. Add water to the pot with the dried corn kernels in the ratio of 2:3 (corn 2 water 3) and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for about 10 minutes.
3. Allow the water to cool slightly, then pour into a juicer or blender and puree for 2 minutes.
Method 2:
1. Cook the dried corn kernels in water, then peel off the kernels and set aside.
2. Put the peeled and cooked corn kernels into a blender and add water. The ratio of water and corn kernels is 2.5:1 (Note: the height of water plus corn kernels should not be more than 1/2 of the blender, otherwise it may overflow during the blending process), and the blending time is 6-8 minutes.
3. After blending, pour into a low-density strainer to filter and push with an iron spoon.
4, the filtered corn juice again poured into the blender (you can add sugar to it, sweeten it to your liking, you can add some condensed milk), this time the mixing time is 5 minutes.
5. Pour the corn juice into a high-density strainer and push it again with an iron spoon.
6, corn juice again filtered well over the pour into the vessel, into the microwave oven for 2 minutes.
