Main ingredients: pig liver, spinach
Accessories: oil, salt, garlic
Steps:
1. pig liver bought back soaked two or three hours, during the water change.
2. Pork liver thinly sliced.
3. Add a little starch, soy sauce and salt.
4. Spinach clean, blanch.
5. Cool water and cut into pieces.
