(1) Ingredients: 6 shrimps, 2 eggs, boiled boiled water 1 bowl, 2 shallots, 5g soy sauce and 5g sesame oil;

2. Shrimp broccoli:
(1) Ingredients: shrimp 1 00g, broccoli1piece, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 millet peppers, cooking wine15g, pepper 5g, spicy juice10g, and salt 5g;
(2) Steps: After the shrimps are thawed, marinate them with cooking wine and pepper for 10 minute, and chop the millet pepper for later use. Soak broccoli in salted water 10 minute, wash it and break it into small pieces. Boil hot water, add a little salt, blanch broccoli 1 min, remove and drain.
