Step 1: Prepare two pig tails and 200g peanuts, appropriate amount of oil and salt, appropriate amount of ginger slices, 3 cloves of garlic and 1 aniseed, 1 dried pepper, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp light soy sauce and 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce.

The third step is to shave off the bought pig tail, roast it on the fire, and then cut it into small pieces.

Step 6, add the pig's tail and stir-fry until it is slightly yellow.
Step 7: Add peanuts, stir-fry evenly, add dried chili and cooking wine, put boiling water into a casserole, bring it to a boil with high fire, cover the lid, and simmer for 1 to 1.5 hours with low fire.
Step 8: Finally, add salt, soy sauce, soy sauce, color and taste, and then open the fire to collect the juice.
