Bakers refer to bakers, bakers or technicians engaged in baking industry. At present, the qualification certificates issued by the state have six grades: junior worker, intermediate worker, senior worker, technician, senior technician and technical expert. This kind of examination belongs to vocational skills. The human resources and social security bureaus of all provinces and cities, namely the Labor Bureau, will issue a unified examination, and the examination will be held three or four times a year, and the Labor Bureau or the People's Social Security Bureau will send people to supervise the examination. The test center is generally a formal baking training vocational skills training school designated by the Labor Bureau.
Junior workers need to assess the knowledge of the public. Intermediate workers need to independently produce three varieties within the specified time, and check their knowledge. Senior workers need to independently produce and complete four varieties within the specified time, and they need to assess their knowledge and experience of more than 500 words. Technicians need to independently produce and complete five varieties within the specified time, and they need to examine their knowledge and papers with more than 3000 words, and defend them. Senior technicians can independently produce and complete six varieties within the specified time, and they need to examine their knowledge and 2000-word papers and defend them.
