Curry Fried Rice
Required Ingredients:
1 bowl of rice, 1 clove of garlic, 1/3 onion, 1 tomato, 30g of pea kernel, 100g of shrimp, 1 teaspoon each of curry powder and salt (according to personal taste), 1/3 teaspoon of paprika, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 egg, one scallion
Practice:
1. Mince. Peel the skin off the onion and chop it. Wash the tomatoes, cut in half into 4 cloves, remove the inner core, and cut the tomato flesh into small dice. Wash and chop the onion.?
2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them into an egg wash and set aside.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and when it is 40% hot (put your palm on the top of the pan and feel the heat), pour the egg mixture into the pan, and when the egg mixture starts to solidify, then use a spatula to keep stirring and frying, and then scramble the eggs into even pieces, and then put them out to be used.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the chopped onion and garlic, then stir-fry the shrimp, diced tomatoes and peas for about 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the rice, salt, curry powder and chili powder to the pan, turn the heat down to minimum, and then keep stirring with a spatula to crush the rice into uniform grains.?
6. Finally, add the scrambled eggs to the pan and stir-fry with the other ingredients until evenly distributed, then sprinkle in the chopped scallions.
