Ingredients: rare crab 1 vermicelli100g, celery 50g, broth 800g.
Accessories: 20g of ginger and 50g of onion.
Shang Tang xie's approach:
1, wash crabs first, make vermicelli, cut parsley and shallots into sections, and slice ginger.
2. Put cold water in the pot, then add ginger, chives, cooking wine and crabs, cook for three minutes on high fire, take out the crabs, and pour out the water and onions.
3. Put the broth in the pot, then add the crab cooking wine and ginger for ten minutes, and then add the vermicelli parsley to cook.
