250g of sticky rice flour
50g of glutinous rice flour
150g of water
Step 1
Put the sticky rice flour and glutinous rice flour into a container.
Step 2
Add water and stir with chopsticks.
Step 3
And mix well.
Step 4
Divide into 6 equal parts.
Step 5
Place on a board and roll with your hands into a 2cm diameter stick shape (don't push too hard or it will crack easily).
Step 6
Line a steamer with plastic wrap (or greaseproof paper), add the rice cakes to the steamer basket when the water boils, and steam for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
Step 7
Place the rice cakes in cold water immediately after steaming, and drain after 30 seconds.
Step 8
Cut into your favorite lengths with a knife.
Step 9
After cooled, put it into a grocery bag and freeze it.
