1. Open the picture
2. Convert the RGB format to 8-bit grayscale format
3. Clear the background interference
Generally set to 50.0
4. Use the rectangular marquee tool (similar to PS) to select the strip to be analyzed
5. Click Analysis-Glue Strip-Select First Lane
6. Analyze again - strips - plot Lanes, a peak diagram will appear, one peak represents a strip
7. Select the straight line tool box (the fifth icon in the figure) ), cut each peak, that is, draw a straight line from the bottom of the peak to the bottom, so that the area of ??each peak can be calculated
8. Select the "Magic Wand" tool box (the 8th icon in the figure) , click on each peak in turn (the peak turns yellow when clicked), and the corresponding (peak area) quantitative value will appear.
