Select one bird's nest and soak it in clean water.
Soaking time: 4 hours for bird's nest; 3 hours for bird's nest strips; 3 hours for broken bird's nest.
Step 2: Change the water and pick the hairs
After soaking for 2 hours, use tweezers to pick the fine hairs in the bird's nest, change the water and filter the bird's nests, tear the bird's nests into strips, and continue to soak for 2 hours
Step 3: Add water
Drain the bird's nests and put them into a stewing pot, and then add water to raise it above the surface of the bird's nests by 2-5mm
Step 4: Simmer
The specialized bird's nest pots are marked with the highest level of water that can be used. The special bird's nest pot has the highest water level marked on it, just add water according to the standard.
If you don't have a bird's nest pot, you can also use a regular pot, set up the stewing pot and add water to cover 1/2 of the stewing pot
When stewing bird's nests, you should choose to cook it in a gentle fire.
