1. Use two or three cuts to cut the skin;
2. Dry it naturally for four to five hours after cutting;
3 , after drying in the shade, peel the tangerine peel;
4. Drying in natural sunlight;
5. It is humid from February to May every year, and the tangerine peel must be sealed;
6. It is dried from May to November every year, for 5 to 6 hours every day;
7. After November, it is stored in the warehouse, and this is repeated for three years.
