You can also add technology and accessories to make tri-color and nut ice cream.
Two-color or three-color ice cream

Cocoa powder 15g sugar 5g strawberry jam 30g iced milk 750g trace food pigment.

1. Weigh white sugar, add water accounting for 50% of the weight of white sugar, heat until the white sugar is fully dissolved, filter, add cocoa powder, fully stir and mix evenly, and make cocoa syrup. Pour the cocoa syrup prepared by the above method into 250 grams of iced milk for later use.
2. Weigh 250g of iced milk, add strawberry jam and pigment, and mix well for later use. At the same time, the remaining 250 grams of iced milk, add a little vanilla essence, fully stir evenly, and proceed to the next process.
3. Put the three kinds of ice cream liquids with different colors and tastes in a sanitary and clean container prepared in advance, and send them to the refrigerator for freezing, and then the three-color ice cream with beautiful appearance can be obtained after freezing.
Third, nut ice cream.

75g nut paste iced milk 1kg.

1. Add a little hot milk to the weighed nut paste and make it into a thin paste for later use.
2. According to the method of making iced milk, before adding hot milk to the egg yolk, add nut milk paste and stir evenly for later use.

Fourth, banana ice cream.

Banana (mature without mildew) 500 grams of lemon fruit, half a sugar, 300 grams of cream, 300 grams.
