How to soak chicken feet in vinegar?

Prepare a dish and let it cool. Dip the cooked chicken feet in cold water. There is a lot of gum in chicken feet, which can be removed by soaking in water, so it is better to soak in vinegar.
Chop garlic, cut pepper into small pieces, pour in a little soy sauce, add more salt to the heavy taste, add a spoonful of sugar (personally like sweet, add more sugar), pour more vinegar (choose a narrow and deep container, preferably less than the amount of chicken feet), mix well, soak overnight, and taste.
