Steam the pumpkin in a pot and mash it while it's hot.
Add one egg, 5 grams of yeast, 20 grams of sugar and 500 grams of flour to the pumpkin puree and stir until it becomes fluffy.
After kneading the dough, place it on the cutting board and continue kneading into a fine and smooth dough.
Roll out into a thick sheet and press the dough with a cup.
After pressing, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes until 1.5 times in size.
